I am delighted to invite you to attend a pop up exhibition on Friday 17th June for the 2021/2022 GCSE Photography and Textiles cohort. The exhibition runs from 5pm to 6pm in room 3.12. Please bring your parents, so they may sample what you have been able to create this year!
The lipstick on the glass is really exciting Olive-Grace! I am excited to see how you explore depth in your work using your 4th artist!
Create more films in your work wherever you can. You could even create some stop motion animations with the paper pieces. You can move them around and keep the camera still.
Don't be afraid to create more physical manipulations like burning, submerging underwater or in bubbles etc just to show the different ways you can produce your work.

I would also use the lightbox to capture your tracing paper pieces, as this will show the different layers to the tracing paper a lot more.
After the frames, I would explore…

Peer assessment 1/12/21 Assessor: Niki Kia Amazing work Olive! I love the attention to detail and I can see how hard you have worked on your website which is very impressive. Your ideas on Hidden Identity are fascinating and your analysis of the artists are of very high quality. I loved looking at your edits and reading all the annotations. Additionally I was particularly pleased with your style of formatting as I found it to be aesthetically pleasing. Furthermore, I could not think of anything really that could be better than the confident and assured work that you have produced, however, I would recommend that in order to improve you could develop your annotations further (AO3). I thoroughly enjoyed looking…
